By participating in the Kiko Vitals Women's Month Campaign, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Consent to Use of Content

By submitting your story, image, video, or any other content as part of this campaign, you grant Kiko Vitals an irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, and display your submitted content across all marketing channels and platforms — including but not limited to social media, the Kiko Vitals website, email communications, and print materials — in connection with the Women's Month Campaign and any future Kiko Vitals marketing campaigns or initiatives.

No Compensation

Participation in this campaign is entirely voluntary. No monetary compensation, product, or other consideration will be provided in exchange for your participation or the use of your submitted content.

Accuracy of Submission

You confirm that all content submitted is your own, accurate, and does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

Opt-Out

If you do not wish for your content to be used in future campaigns beyond the Women's Month Campaign, you must explicitly notify Kiko Vitals in writing at support@kikovitals.com prior to submission. Please note that content already published at the time of your opt-out request may not be retractable. 

Acceptance

Submission of content constitutes your acceptance of these terms.
